Lani Bruntz, Maddie Crowell and Mali Noyes set out to ski in the Alaska Range for their first time. Serving as their own guides, they were excited to arrive on the glacier and were quickly humbled by the complex structure of the terrain. In a new setting, they reimagine what success looks like beyond the familiar expectations of adventure athletes. The mission? Thrive in new roles and progress as a team to test their limits as skiers and leaders. No trip is perfect but the most memorable ones evolve beyond sport.

A film by Bryan Hynes documenting the story of Ultra Runner Lucy Bartholomew as she runs the 231km Larapinta Trail in the Northern Territory Australia. From Lucy’s early beginnings into the sport of Ultra running, the film looks behind the curtain into the raw and upfront realities of ultra-running and the undertaking of a project on this scale. The film shines a light on going beyond limits, the value of community, and showcasing some of the most beautiful landscapes of central Australia.

In pursuit of the endless journey to find solitude and challenging lines in the mountains, Josh Daiek finds himself smack dab in the middle of nowhere Nevada. Summiting 13,000 foot peaks, flashing steep couloirs and bagging first descents were all part of the allure, but it certainly doesn't come easy for Josh and crew. Sketchy avalanche conditions, near-death crashes, unpredictable weather and season-ending injuries are just a few of the hurdles the crew faces while exploring the most mountainous state in the lower 48.

Behind closed doors, professional skier Drew Petersen has been living a much different reality than ski films, magazine covers, and Instagram likes have shown. Following a near-death accident in the mountains, Petersen went into a dark tailspin of mental health struggles. In the following years, he has privately navigated an arduous journey of PTSD, bipolar disorder, brain injury rehabilitation, and suicidal thoughts. Told through the lens of ski touring, “Ups and Downs” is an introspective look at the mountains and valleys along his path, and how his mental health journey is ultimately lifelong—both from well before Petersen’s accident and for the rest of his life moving forward. His story is truly one of finding the light, healing both in the mountains and in therapy, and how giving voice to his struggles ultimately saved him.

Girl Crush tells the story of five women skiing and camping in the heart of winter; forging friendships, collaborating on decisions, and learning to be proud to be a woman in the mountains.

At 13 years old Sam Tierney was in a dark place. His climate anxiety was getting so bad he was having trouble sleeping at night. In an attempt to ease his stress, Sam writes Salomon pro skier and climate advocate, Mike Douglas, asking for advice. Seeing his younger self in Sam, Mike invites him on a weekly ski meet-up to talk about climate, skiing, and life. The Wasatch Ultimate Ridge Linkup (WURL) is a litmus test for trailrunners in the summer, but has never been done in the winter. A 58km continuous ridgeline visible from downtown Salt Lake City, UT, it forms a horseshoe around Little Cottonwood Canyon and the ski areas of Alta and Snowbird. After attempting the marathon in the summer, Mali Noyes and Lani Bruntz set out to ski and explore some of the Wasatch's most iconic peaks and complete a continuous traverse of the WURL in the winter.
